Description and Requirements

Job description

  • Provide assistance to the process of development and maintenance of the Quality Management System, seeking information and feedback that allow evaluation of the programs and procedures implemented.
  • Program and execute the training of all employees in the activities of the Quality Management System, aiming at the multiplication of knowledge and facilitating the implementation of the programs.
  • Advise the managers and facilitators of the company in the implementation of the activities of the Quality Management System, aiming to guarantee its execution within the established standards.
  • Organize internal and external events related to the Quality Management System, aiming to promote employee training.
  • Participate in the elaboration and writing of procedures related to quality.
  • Maintain controls on quality records and procedures.
  • Manage the calibration process of monitoring and measurement equipment by an accredited external laboratory.
  • Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, SIPOC, 5W2H...).
  • Knowledge of ESD control (Electrostatic Discharge) and 5S program.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience within Quality
  • Experience within NPI & Projects
