Description and Requirements
We are hiring an AI Technical Product Manager to focus on Lenovo Chrome AI solutions and ecosystem growth. The ideal candidate possesses an innovative and problem-solving mindset, has a keen eye for Software engineering development, and is diligent and enthusiastic about Technology. A successful candidate will need to employ strong knowledge in computer technologies, leadership skills in technical areas, and SW engineering expertise as well as a strong ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced, relevant environment while collaborating with different teams of engineers and collaborators. We're looking for an AI Thought Leader to bridge engineering and product management as we implement new AI capabilities into our Chromebooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research the latest advancements and technologies in LLM or Generative AI, designing innovative concepts of applications or solutions to enhance Lenovo Premium Chromebook Device.
- Research and design the generative AI application technology approach to reduce the inference cost and improve user experience based on existing models.
- Collaborate with teams, share best practices, and provide guidance and support on LLM or Generative AI technology.
- Acting as an AI product manager to increase user experience for Chromebook product.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in product management, technical product development, or related roles
- 2+ years of practical experience in deep learning, natural language processing, machine learning, or related fields.
- Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) to design, implement AI application & solution PoC.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of working effectively and delivering results under high pressure.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- AI product manager experience is plus.
This position will be based in our North America Headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Our office has transitioned to a hybrid work environment supporting 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Candidates that are already local to Raleigh, NC are preferred.
