Description and Requirements

Job Description:

Responsible for AI PC Scenario Breakthrough, Ecosystem buildup and AI PC Promotion.

For AI PC Scenario breakthrough, Fresh mind with market AI dynamic, Identify customer pain point and Land disruptive AI DT scenario w/ RD and cross teams

For AI PC Ecosystem buildup, Recruit and cooperate with 3rd Key HW/SW/Service partner to establish Lenovo AI PC ecosystem around key differentiation/capabilities

For AI PC Promotion, Work with World wide Geo/Marketing/Segment to promote AI DT scenario and benefit and achieve AI DT finance target.

1. As the E2E owner of AI PC, Understand the company/department/portfolio strategy and business targets for which portfolios/products/solutions will be built.

2. Evaluate AI PC market status, industry/technology trends, customer requirements, and RTM (Route to Market) through data analysis and customer studies.

3. Define disruptive AI PC Scenario & UE, ecosystem architecture w/ competitive portfolio solutions and clear product positioning, design, specifications, features, and customer benefits, and align them with cross-functional teams.

4. Promote AI PC with WW geo PM/marketing leader/segment leaders and create clear customer messages for end user and achieve AI PC finance target.

5. Support product managers, product operations, and worldwide regional teams in building strong business cases and obtaining investment approval for products.

6. Engage deeply with project teams to manage the virtual team, ensuring that portfolios are delivered with high quality, competitive cost, efficient time-to-market, and appropriate complexity.

7. Clearly communicate the core selling points of products/solutions, especially from a AI PC scenario and UE, to marketing, regional sales, and customers.

8. Continuously track AI PC product sales data/market trends and gather feedback from internal/external customers to quickly react and improve portfolio efficiency and product competitiveness throughout the lifecycle.

9. Analyze the entire lifecycle experience and lessons learned for next-generation product planning.

10. Deliver high-quality related MRD (Market Requirements Document), disclosure, product change requirements, and marketing materials to the back end and front end.

Job Requirement:

1. 4+ year work experience in AI industry as product management or business development area with rich IT hardware/software and ecosystem partnership experience, To-C or To-B or industry vertical solution experience as plus;
2. Fluent English listening, speaking and writing capabilities for international communication

3. Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or related; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
