Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI solutions that address the needs of B2B clients in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI system features.
  • Research and develop cutting-edge AI algorithms and models to enhance PLM processes such as Bill of Material (BOM) management, product change management, and component search and sourcing.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing PLM systems to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and optimize product quality.
  • Analyze and process large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can inform better decision-making in product development and manufacturing.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and PLM to ensure that solutions are at the forefront of technological advancements.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Contribute to the development of AI-driven PLM solutions that can scale and adapt to the evolving needs of the business.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Familiar with Transformer architecture, and pre-trained models based on the Transformer architecture such as GTP, BERT, etc., and be able to conduct fine-tuning, inference, and other operations.
  • Ability to work with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with a focus on B2B solutions.
  • Experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) domain is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of developing AI solutions for enterprise clients.
