Description and Requirements

We are seeking an innovative and dynamic AI Change Manager to lead and oversee the execution of change initiatives both within our organization and for our valued customers. This role is pivotal in driving AI-enabled business transformation, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of new technologies and processes.

  • Develop and Execute Change Management Strategies: Design comprehensive and structured change management strategies and plans that incorporate AI technologies to drive business transformation.
  • Customer-Facing Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through Business & AI-driven changes to their business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
  • Project Management: Ensure that all change initiatives are executed on time and within budget, meeting project objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Employee Adoption and Usage: Focus on the people side of change, promoting employee engagement and adoption of new AI systems and Business processes to maximize the return on investment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs and resources to support employees and customers in adapting to AI-driven changes and new Solutions & Services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, using data and feedback to make continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
    • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management, or related fields.
    • Proven experience in change management, with a focus on AI and business transformation.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through AI technologies.
    • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives within a large organization and customer facing.
    • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, experience with Prosci ADKAR model is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.
    • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
    • Excellent active listening skills
    • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to establish and maintain string relationships.
    • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Team player & able to collaborate with others.
