Description and Requirements
工作职责
1、 负责算力消纳平台及模型开发平台的产品规划设计和营销推广
2、 进行市场调研，洞察市场和政策趋势及竞争对手情况，制定相应运维服务销售策略
3、 大型企业客户AI产品咨询及解决方案的制定，并参与设计对应的产品架构、功能以及运营策略等内容；
4、 理解和收集来自客户、销售和市场的反馈，持续优化解决方案和用户满意度
5、 拜访客户，进行方案交流，技术标讲解
6、 为销售团队进行智能运维方案赋能
7、 及时了解行业趋势和新兴技术，推动创新，确保方案服务能力在行业内始终保持领先。
任职要求
1. 深入了解AI大模型产品市场，了解产品趋势
2. 8年以上工作经验，2年及以上AI产品相关工作经验。
3. 有模型开发平台或异构调度产品经验优先，如AI作业调度，模型压缩，模型训推加速，异构芯片调度，资源调度、万卡集群调度等；
4. 良好的逻辑思维能力、市场分析能力、产品规划能力、自驱力，擅长沟通及团队协作，具备强烈的好奇心；
5. 流利的英文听说读写能力优先。
6. 具备优秀的跨团队协作能力，可以与研发、设计、售前、营销、销售等团队高效合作。
7. 能够在快节奏的环境中工作，并适应技术和市场的快速变化。
