• Product Definition & Planning: Define the functional requirements, user experience design, and technical specifications of AI products from scratch, ensuring innovation and competitiveness.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and marketers to create detailed project plans, monitor progress, and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Technical Guidance: Provide guidance and support to the team based on deep technical expertise, ensuring sound technology choices and efficient architecture design.
• Communication & Coordination: Communicate effectively with colleagues across different departments and levels in a global multi-time zone setting, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project goals, progress, and outcomes.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and customer needs, gather feedback, and continuously optimize the product to enhance user experience.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Make decisions for product iteration and improvement based on data analysis to increase market adaptability and competitiveness.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in AI or software product management, with a track record of successfully launching AI products.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies, familiar with the development process of AI products.
• Project Management: Proficient in agile development methodologies, certification in PMP or related areas is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of expressing ideas clearly in a multicultural environment.
• Team Collaboration: Strong team collaboration spirit, able to motivate team members to achieve common goals.
• Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure, quickly find solutions to challenges, and demonstrate strong resilience.
