Description and Requirements

Lenovo seeks an Advisory Business Transformation Specialist, eDiscovery & Matter Management to play a critical role in supporting Users of Legal solutions, Legal Operations Projects, and process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities (Essential functions and duties):

1. Support the Legal Operations team in a project manager role for eDiscovery projects (i.e., specifically run status meetings, take notes, track issues, and update project plans).

2. Support System administration tasks for eDiscovery client instance. This includes but is not limited to supporting data to and from the system.

3. Support customers in use of tools, including training, use case support question and issue resolution, and confirm system data quality.

4. Perform testing of new enhancements and software tools document process updates for end users.

5. Support of system administration processes including data input based on use case need for eDiscovery, execute support tasks for identification, preservation and collection, processing review and analysis, Bates numbering, Production, and database management (active / inactive storage based on requirements).

6. Support and utilize other Legal Operations tools as needed such as SharePoint sites and web tools, Chatbot Q&A input and testing, and other applications that allow Legal users to interact with the Legal team more effectively.

Basic Job Requirements:

Prior work experience minimum 8 years experience in any of the following areas

• Legal Operations team experience - 2+ years

• System Training experience - 1+ year

• eDiscovery experience - 2-5 years

English advanced (fully bilingual)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies (KSAC's)

• API support

• System Administration capabilities

• eDiscovery Process Support

• Excel capabilities (Spreadsheet tracking, pivot tables, data analysis)

• SharePoint capabilities

• Process Flow charts and word documentation for processes.

• Project coordination - task planning

• Demonstrated ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

• Demonstrated capability to work with external and internal support personnel on projects and issues resolution.

Education

• Bachelors Degree

Travel Requirements (expected % travel)

Less than 10%.

Preferred Requirements

• ELM or other legal systems - 2 years preferred.

• Exposure to project and process management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, MS task planner) and familiarity with scrum and agile project methodologies
