Description and Requirements
The Admin Assistant/Admin Support Specialist will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day clerical and administrative duties and handles various records and reports.
You will:
§ Administrative tasks
§ Process purchase requisitions (from sourcing of supplier, accepting deliveries, and payment process)
§ Organize and maintain business documents, reports, and files for various purposes
§ Property Management Support (repair and preventive maintenance)
§ Finance coordination (expense reports)
§ Business operations compliance by securing and renewing business permits, licenses, and certifications to the Local Government Unit, PEZA, SEC, BIR, DOLE, etc.
§ Process the shipment of documents local or abroad through courier providers.
§ Prepare regular reports on expenses
§ Performs other related duties as required (e.g. Employee engagement activities, Town hall meetings, Corporate Social Responsibility events, etc)
Prepare and issue new employee requirements (access cards, locker, seat assignment, office supplies kit)
You bring:
- At least Bachelor's /College Degree
- At least 2 years of proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrator or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel,
- Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Sharepoint)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous work ethic
