Description and Requirements
We are looking for a skilled new colleague to join our customer Financing Organization in Budapest. Reporting to the local Operations manager, in this role you will be :
- Responsible for the daily management of an account portfolio and timely collection of outstanding debt.
- Develop and maintain daily relationships with customers and serve as a focal point for all kind of customer questions and requests.
- Responsible for B2B customers in IT sector across EMEA, ensuring that accounts operate within approved guidelines.
What is waiting for you in this job?
- Daily management of a large, complex but interesting account portfolio, operating under multiple financing programs in multiple currencies, and representing different level of risk.
- Identifying, reporting and resolving loss or risk exposures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitoring accounts for program compliance and take appropriate action in instances of non-compliance.
- Documenting clearly and accurately all customer communication and make sure that the organization is audit proof all the time.
- Coordinating with other functions within Lenovo (Credit, Volume Purchase, Cash Application, Order Entry, Sales etc...).
- Meeting set targets (minimizing overdue AR, maximizing funded invoices, etc..) and responding to customer requests.
What do we expect from you?
- The position is for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in finance, or even for fresh Uni graduates with finance background.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, secured lending principals or relevant industry experience.
- Good communication skills as you will be communicating with customers, hence account management experience is a plus.
- Analytical and organizational skills are a great help.
- English is a must, other European language skills are advantage.
