Description and Requirements
端侧基于LLM的智能体高级研究员
1. 支持端侧LLM搜索场景下的核心算法研发，持续提升query理解，内容理解，搜索机制和排序策略，实现高效的RAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）生成及智能交互，优化整体搜索效果
2. 探索LLM前沿算法，持续对算法进行优化，构建高效且稳定的智能多策略检索生成系统，实现高效召回，高准确度以及低延迟的检索链路
3. 深入参与端侧LLM场景应用需求落地，针对真实场景的用户场景，设计技术方案，持续提高场景应用效果，提升用户体验
任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机，自然语言理解，搜索推荐等相关领域有5年以上工作经验
2. 具有垂直应用领域如智能对话，信息检索，知识图谱等研究方向应用场景经验，对RAG和agent框架有基本了解
3. 具有良好的团队合作意识和学习能力，擅长解决问题和分析问题
