Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1、负责Tablet产品项目研发测试及研发质量管理相关工作
2、参与新产品设计方案评估，管理新产品的风险和体验提升
3、负责制定新产品测试策略和方案（硬件/射频/效果专项等测试）， 牵头新技术测试方案设计、用户体验评测及优化
4、通过项目和研发质量管理方法论，有效识别问题和事项的优先级，高效进行项目研发测试管理
5、针对项目过程中发现的问题，组织开发团队特别是cross-function进行问题跟因分析/解决方案讨论并提供针对性的验证方案，确保问题得到有效的推动和解决
6、牵头分析产品VOC，管理闭环优化产品体验
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，通信/电子/计算机等专业毕业
2、通讯相关行业8年以上开发或测试经验，5年以上测试项目管理经验
3、具备用户思维，有用户VOC管理及方法论相关背景尤佳
4、熟悉或掌握质量管理方法论，有硬件/可靠性测试/效果评测相关背景尤佳
5、良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力
6、良好的逻辑思维能力和具备独立处理复杂问题的能力
