Description and Requirements
Job descriptions
-Drive program objectives - provide program management and define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program/process rollout and transformation from Projects to Operations by function.
-Scale services and tools - design processes and procedures that scale with the business' growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion.
-Define key performance indicators - develop metrics and service level agreements for core programs and processes, and track delivery against program objectives.
-Communicate new/updated programs, policies, and processes to leaders, employees, and cross functional organizations.
-Develop mechanisms to seamlessly support customers with new program and tool launches worldwide.
-Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business and risk needs through visualization.
-Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
-Analyze data using data tools such as Tableau, SQL and/or Excel in order to identify program risks and opportunities.
-Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the teams of stakeholders regarding progress and roadblocks.
-Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
Job Requirements
-8+ years of relevant work experience in online marketing and/or eCommerce company
-Bachelor's degree or above
-Experience in project/program management
-Demonstrated experience managing projects across functional teams, including engineering, merchandising, design, marketing, and operations
-Excellent communications in English & working experience in international organization
-Experience in innovation, incubation areas is a Plus
