Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1、负责区域产品与解决方案业务落地,根据销售目标,制定销售计划,打造标杆项目,完成销售任务;

2、根据公司业务发展需要,落实区域产品与解决方案业务的策略制定、拓展赋能,提升公司在区域、行业内产品与解决方案业务竞争力;

3、负责销售过程管理,制定各销售阶段的差异化竞争策略并通过实施推动订单获取;

4、基于公司转型战略,持续加强产品与解决方案类新业务模式探索,管理并发展内外部合作伙伴的良好关系,搭建并维护区域业务生态资源,提高合作满意度;

5、保持对竞争对手和市场的高度敏感,持续增强行业产品与解决方案Know-how,密切关注市场增长机会;

6、定期复盘,持续提高销售效率和生产力。

任职要求:

1、具有七年以上IT销售经验,精通企业级客户销售模式,有客户资源,有服务销售背景优先。

2、优秀沟通协调能力、资源整合能力,以及推动协作部门部门解决问题的能力。

3、洞悉市场竞争环境,理解IT行业(教育、金融、政府、制造、电信及互联网)业务场景与需求,对软件、硬件和服务产品有很深的理解,能够深入洞察客户需求,梳理并引导客户需求。

4、具备区域业务规划能力,具备很强的业务拓展能力。

5、优秀的市场商机敏锐度和洞察力。

6、出色销售业绩表现:在销售高价值方案、赢取战略客户、赢取大单等方面表现突出。

7、能适应短途出差。
