Description and Requirements

About the Role

We are seeking a result-oriented Financial Business Process Design Specialist to engage in digital evolution of our finance function . This pivotal role demands a good understanding of Finance and Accounting Operations and experience in adoption or design of ERP's finance module . In this position, you will be engaging in shaping the future of our finance operation and processes by identifying, designing, and implementing innovative digital solutions that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Critical Thinking:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to collect requirements and design solution by considering as is processes, stakeholders' end game and as is process
    • Be able to challenge status quo and propose solution for more effective process with timely and accurate data
  • Financial Expertise:
    • Possess a deep understanding of financial operations, management accounting, and financial analysis.
    • Leverage financial acumen to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance.
  • Change Management and Communication:
    • Champion change within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and digital adoption.
    • Develop and execute effective communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Build strong relationships with business partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Project Management and Execution:
    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
    • Implement robust project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
  • Experience in SAP FICO or similar ERP implementation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate financial and Accounting concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written).
