Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1.研究高性能的向量相似性搜索引擎，包括索引结构、查询优化和数据存储等方面
2.设计和开发原型系统，验证不同算法及工程实现技术的效果
3.在顶级学术会议或期刊上发表研究成果
4.与团队合作，参加国际比赛，取得优秀成绩
任职资格：
1.计算机科学、数据科学、人工智能或相关领域的博士
2.在非结构化数据处理、相似性搜索、深度学习等相关领域具有扎实的研究背景和工程实践经验
3.熟练掌握至少一种编程语言（Python、C++为佳）和相关的数据处理和分析工具
4.相关领域内国际顶会或期刊发表论文（第一作者或等同第一作者）、重要国际比赛获奖优先
5.对学术界和工业界的最新研究动态有敏锐的触觉，与团队能有效合作
