Description and Requirements
岗位职责:
1.负责为前端销售提供交易支持,协助销售完成交易目标。及时准确的帮助客户经理解答各种疑难问题,满足其合理化要求,引导交易达成。
2.对客户经理服务充满热情,不断提升客户经理和最终客户的满意度,管理平台运营的各项相关指标。
3.对交易流程提出合理化建议,促进内部交易流程不断优化升级,满足公司业务要求的同时,尽可能压缩交易时效。
任职要求:
1、3年以上供应链订单交付相关经验;
2、英文具备基本读写能力,CET4以上;
3、熟悉使用office,会使用powerbi的优先;
4、有较为出色的沟通协调能力、逻辑思维和分析问题的能力,文字表达能力较强;
5、具有良好的团队管理能力、计划及执行能力和客户服务意识; 抗压能力及应变能力强。
