Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1、 规范销售行为，助力业务良性运作；
2、基于业务特点定制业务销售行为准则；
3、负责数据分析，通过数据发现潜在风险并制定优化解决方案；
4、 负责各业务类型的销售行为合规性审核工作，按照周度、月度的时间节奏，完成标准化的核查工作；并利用数字化手段，提升工作效率。
岗位要求：
1、 大学本科及以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验，有审计、合同审核等工作经营的优先；
2、 沟通、学习能力强，对数据敏感，逻辑能力强；
3、 熟练使用Office软件，擅长EXCEL数据处理和PPT总结呈现的优先；
4、认真严谨，为人正直，并具备良好的心理素质及良好的团队协作。
