Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
• Support assigned sales representatives in the growth and overall management of assigned territory.
• Support presales activities and respond to post sales questions.
• E2E ownership and troubleshooting assistance of the back-end operational matter raised by assigned channel partners.
• Accurately process customer transactions (quotes and sales orders).
• Driving the execution of operational processes across the sales cycle to meet/ exceed businesses objectives.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for sales process improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Fluent in English and Japanese, verbal & written.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Self-driven, proactive working and goal oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in similar position.
• Overseas working or studying experience.
• IT Infrastructure Background. (Server, Storage, Software & HCI etc.)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA.
