Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1. 结合集群拓扑与GPU架构特点、分析AI任务性能瓶颈并进行优化
2. 提升大模型训练效率，包含并行策略优化、集合通信加速、大模型容错训练等
3. 负责国产异构硬件软件栈适配、异构资源调度与管理，以及提升模型训练数据加载性能等
岗位要求：
1. 全日制硕士以上学历，计算机科学与技术、人工智能等相关专业；
2. 拥有良好的C/C++、Python等编程能力，熟悉数据结构以及计算机系统架构，有良好的工程实现能力；
3. 熟悉CUDA和Nvidia GPU架构，有算子开发和性能优化项目经验
4. 至少熟练一种AI框架（PyTorch / TensorFlow /Paddle），了解其底层性能优化原理和实现；
5. 熟练掌握深度学习原理与常见优化算法，有模型训练和推理相关项目背景尤佳；
6. 具有良好的沟通与解决问题能力；
加分项：
1. 了解国产AI硬件工具链，有性能优化相关经历；
2. 了解Kubernetes资源编排系统，以及模型训练数据加载相关优化技术；
3. 在AI或者HPC领域发表过高水平论文。
