Description
Leidos is seeking a customer experience driven personality to join our team as a Content Curator supporting the Enterprise Video Services team. As a Content Curator at Leidos, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping NASA's digital video communications landscape. You'll collaborate with NASA and its contractors to ensure seamless delivery of live video feeds to designated points, leveraging existing video distribution systems. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with various NASA departments and contractors to guarantee security and compliance.

• Video Delivery: Work closely with NASA and its contractors to deliver live video feeds using established distribution systems.

• Security and Compliance: Coordinate with NASA departments and contractors to ensure all necessary clearances are obtained and video signals are secure before delivery.
• Workflow Development: Collaborate with Leidos video engineers to develop signal pathways for video delivery, as needed.
• Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
• Technical Support: Assist in the installation of streaming hardware and provide basic troubleshooting for streaming video issues.
• IP Workflow Management: Manage video IP workflows to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.
• IT Security: Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure the security of video feeds and infrastructure.
• Network Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network issues that may impact video delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Streaming Video Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with streaming video technology.
• UDP Multicast Knowledge: Familiarity with UDP multicast protocols is a plus.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• IT Security Understanding: Basic understanding of IT security principles and practices.
• Network Troubleshooting Skills: Experience troubleshooting network issues, including routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
Education:
• HS diploma and 2 years of related experience
Pay range - $28.50/hrly - $30.00/hrly
