Leidos is seeking a System Analyst to support Leidos Energy, Infrastructure, and Automation Operation. This role is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of EIA software applications, systems, and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and Automate BTS processes
  • Evaluate current systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot engineering business applications, including associated hardware, endpoints, and databases. Ensure the reliable operation of application servers.
  • Install, configure, and implement new applications via SCCM/Software Center or manual process
  • Manage license servers/network license managers
  • Manage Digi USB Anywhere devices
  • Troubleshoot user issues in a timely fashion.
  • Support customized environment for planning, testing, and implementation prior to the deployment of upgrades and security patches.
  • Provide follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for root cause analysis, technical assessment, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with vulnerability remediation and manage vulnerability escalations related to engineering business applications
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with two or less (2-) years of relevant experience. May consider more years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
  • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, and implementing new applications
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases and Proficient in several programming languages
  • Familiar with a range of software and hardware
  • Ability to lift to 30 pounds
  • Willing to travel to client sites
  • Ability to solve problems in stressful situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate good judgement and written/verbal communications.
  • Ability to follow documented processes and to provide updates to optimize or enhance the process when needed.
  • Experience working in an environment with high uptime and availability requirements.
  • Experience prioritizing tasks including project related activities and operational support initiatives.

Preferred

  • Experience with Power Automate
  • Working knowledge of Rest API concepts

Pay Range:

Pay Range $53,950.00 - $97,525.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
