The Multi-domain Solutions Division (MDS) within the Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Lead to join a new cyber security program and play a key role in supporting government-critical systems. You will be part of a program that oversees development, integration, delivery, and operations and maintenance of IT managed security services, which encompasses support to monitor the cybersecurity threat and security posture situational awareness for the enterprise. This opportunity is in anticipation of a future contract award!
What you'll be doing:
- Work with the Program Management Office (PMO) to establish vision and direction for customer's cyber resources and operations, cyber workforce planning, and then working with vendor relationships to build a cohesive working environment for ultimate cybersecurity success for these critical systems.
- Responsible for identifying and evaluating potential vendors, managing purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely delivery and proper quantities, monitoring stock levels to avoid shortages, and coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and production teams
- Work within budget limits, identify cost-saving opportunities, ensure procurement policies align with legal/regulatory standards, keep accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor details, and work with departments like finance, operations, and IT.
- Perform vendor coordination duties including working with vendors on maintenance agreement modifications and ensuring service is as requested by the customer, placing purchase requests using the Leidos supply chain team, tracking of purchase requests and sparing shipments, and invoice submittal tracking by vendors to Leidos.
- Responsible for assisting in system update estimates for vendor maintenance for customers new systems, coordinating with program RFC Coordinator on requirements for support on newly approved systems being added to program's equipment list, and participating in regular vendor tag up meetings with OEM vendor manager and task management
- Accountable for assisting the program logistics team on vendor support trainings and processes, working with OEM vendor manager on funding updates and tracking, participating in customer presentations and meetings; which may involve customer site visits, and coordinating between vendors and site technicians on proper sparing inventory and replenishments.
- Maintain unclassified program equipment list and adjust as necessary per change requests.
- Assisting in vendor support escalations.
- Track important dates from vendors such as End of Availability (EOA) and End of Support Life (EOSL) on program equipment to coordinate with OEM vendor manager.
- Provide regular updates to vendor scorecards held within program's SharePoint.
What does Leidos need from me?
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required. Must be U.S. Citizen.
- Experience in procurement, vendor interactions, and customer service.
- Requires 3 to 5 years of prior relevant Intelligence Community (IC) customer experience.
- Proven ability to work as effective member of a team and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience with SharePoint.
Favorable if you have:
- Familiarity with site and customer operational processes.
- Familiarity with national systems missions and concepts.
- Continuous service improvement or process improvement experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
