The National Security Sector of Leidos is seeking a Sr. Instructor - PSAC (Personnel Security Adjudication Course) to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program.
This role is PART TIME - This will be an ongoing part-time position, with 10 hours one month and at least 20 hours the following month for an extended period of time. 100% remote and security clearance not required.

You will support Government staff in the following:
- Providing dedicated support to one specific office; general support to other Directorates, Offices, and Centers as required.
- Facilitating all programs to train all levels of personnel across the organization.
- Administers experiential learning experiences/simulations.
- Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques.
- Developing an ON-LINE Personnel Security Adjudication Course (up to 20 hours per session) and would have 10 hours the month prior to review and prepare.
- 10-20 hours per month. Courses run every other month; 20 hours per month when teaching; up to 10 hours preparation in the off month.
- Adjudicator knowledge and experience is more important than instructor experience.
Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA, Minimum of 7 years with PhD, will consider 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Requires demonstrated expertise in personnel security adjudication.
- Previous experience as an Instructor in the Intelligence Community preferred.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
