Description
Leidos has a career opportunity for a Special Operation Forces (SOF) ISR Liaison at Fort Liberty, NC. The selected individual will be responsible for providing continuity, and Airborne ISR expertise to our flying partner unit headquarters' operations floor. The SOF ISR Liaison relays concerns and advises the operations staff on operational planning, staffing, logistics coordination, and tracking mission execution.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Communicate HHQ aircraft/ISR sensor implementation plans to unit, HQ, and joint leaders
Assist w/authoring concept of operations and mission planning elements related to employing SOF ISR

Assist with the planning/preparation in the deployment and redeployment of ISR platforms, capabilities, and operators
Advise HHQ of ISR tactics in relation to procurement and development Coordinate with squadron leadership and training section to identify future training requirements
Provide policy oversight/assessments of ISR and Radio Frequency capabilities and standards
*Coordinate with HHQ on operational intelligence requirements and liaise with other mission partners under the general direction of the unit commander and/or operations team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience. With no degree, 10 years of related experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Must have experience with airborne ISR operations, Special Operations Support, and understand military planning process. Must have experience with airborne and ground SIGINT/Electronic Warfare systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, be eligible to gain and maintain a TS clearance with SCI/G/HCS/TK and be willing to submit to a polygraph. Individual must be available for travel, approx. 10%. Must have a thorough understanding of the TSO, DSO, and 1NX career fields as they pertain to SOF ISR operations. Must have the ability to work independently and function as part of a dynamic team. The candidate must also communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must have experience in curriculum or training plan development.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
