Primary Responsibilities: As a Space Target Intelligence Analyst, you will:
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis of potential targets, utilizing a variety of intelligence sources to identify, assess, and prioritize targets based on space and counterspace capability mission requirements and strategic objectives.
- Derive actionable kinetic and non-kinetic targeting intelligence, identifying target vulnerabilities, strengths, and potential countermeasures.
- Develop and deliver detailed intelligence reports, briefings, and target packages in compliance with client-specified standards.
- Liaise with USSF Guardians and other stakeholders to provide updated targeting intelligence before, during, and after target engagements.
- Conduct Basic and Intermediate Target Development.
- Perform infrastructure vulnerability analyses between ground, relay satellite, and weapon system components.
- Execute Desired Effects No Expected Adverse Effects (DNEA) and/or Target Digital Network Analysis (TDNA).
- Manage Target List Management and multi-intelligence discipline Collection Requirement submission/management.
- Utilize Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), National Production Workspace (NPW), Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), Maven Smart System/Targeting Workbench (MSS/TWB), Jira, and Maximus.
- Perform Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), Munitions Effectiveness Assessment (MEA), and Collateral Damage Assessment (CDE).
Collaboration:
- Act independently and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Intelligence Community and DoD Intelligence producers and USSF Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC) division components on all six joint targeting cycle phase requirements.
- Develop a wide range of products, including RFI responses, long-term and short-term target analysis products, white papers, briefings, and correspondence, all in compliance with client-specified standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree and 6+ years of Intelligence-related experience. Additional years of Intelligence-related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Current TS/SCI security clearance.
- Awarded a DoD Service Target Intelligence Specialty Code (518, 1N8X1, 0231, K10A/K23).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous targeting experience in the 75 IS, 75 ISRS, CSpOC, or other service Operational Control Center.
