Description
Leidos is seeking a software engineering intern to join our National Security Sector (NSS) software organization for Summer 2025. The individual will work with the NSS Software Center team on a series of projects to stand-up and support operations for the Center. The successful candidate will perform hands-on activities and provide technical assistance to the SW Center Chief Architect including the design, development, test, and deployment of software solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- Working towards a degree in a STEM related major (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.)
- Experience with or understanding of software development technologies to include one or more development/scripting languages (e.g. Java, C++, Python); DevOps tools (e.g. Jenkins, Git)
- Understanding of Cloud technologies
- Understanding of database technologies

Primary Responsibilities
- Take direction from the Chief Architect and NSS SW Center Lead for technical tasks
- Design, Develop, Test, and Deploy software systems
- Implement technical solutions that support the functions of the NSS SW Center

Pay Range:
Pay Range $44,850.00 - $81,075.00
