Description

Leidos Corporate team seeks a SharePoint Operations Lead to work as a member of the CIO Services (CIOS) department providing development, leadership, system administration, and business analysis support to stakeholders across the organization. You will lead a team utilizing your superior customer service skills and be focused on maintaining a high level of service and customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in helping with Leidos' ongoing migration from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online.

This position offers full-time telework from any U.S. based location.

Actual pay will be closer to the midpoint of the posted pay range, based on your experience and qualifications

SharePoint Support: Perform analysis, design and troubleshooting support on several existing on-premises and cloud-based SharePoint sites. Providing training and assistance to end users to help facilitate the adoption of the Leidos SharePoint platforms. Serve as one of the key facilitators of Leidos' ongoing SharePoint migration from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online.

SharePoint Administration: Provide Tier 2-3 support to efforts as well as assist the Leidos Service Desk triage SharePoint. Provide system administration of servers within SharePoint server farms and related application servers, conduct regular backups, maintenance, patching, and overall system support. Also serve as one of the primary administrators within Leidos' SharePoint Online tenants.

Business Analysis/Project Management: Determine system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters to meet business requirements and hardware/software compatibility. Lead IT collaboration systems projects with a team of software specialists ensuring that stakeholder deadlines and requirements are met.

Service Level Management: Serve as an environment owner for many collaboration systems ensuring those systems remain compliant with cybersecurity (and other) requirements throughout the application lifecycle. Create and maintain documentation related to the collaboration systems supported by the team (System Security Plans, System Architecture Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, etc).

Leadership: Work as a team lead to software specialists supporting a wide range of collaboration applications (SharePoint, Slack, etc.). Train new teammates on the tools and technologies used within the collaboration systems team. Manage team ticketing mailboxes and queues to ensure all SLAs are met and customer satisfaction remains high.

These Qualifications are Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree coupled with 6+ years' experience in a business environment; OR an Associate's degree coupled with 8+ years' experience in a business environment.
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience working with SharePoint (development, administration, or coordination/analysis).
  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Experience providing IT customer service to internal or external stakeholders.

These Qualifications are Preferred:

  • Training or presentation experience to IT stakeholders or customers.
  • Project analysis or business analysis experience.
  • Experience leading a team of direct reports in an IT environment.
  • Slack administration experience.
  • Microsoft 365 Power Platform experience.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
