Description

The Multi Domain Solutions Division at Leidos is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to support a fast-paced program with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. This role involves supporting the delivery of comprehensive IT and support services to ensure mission success while adhering to DoD standards and regulations. The Senior Systems Administrator will ensure accounts for the enterprise solution are created and managed across multiple classification levels.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts across all classification levels.
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure proper permissions for each account type.
  • Manage password policies and ensure compliance with security standards for all user accounts.
  • Perform routine audits of user accounts and access levels to ensure proper authorization.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely account provisioning and deactivation.
  • Monitor and log account activity to identify and address potential security risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and organizational policies for account management.
  • Provide support for account recovery, including password resets and access troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate records of user account statuses and any changes made.
  • Manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other security measures for user accounts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • US Citizen with at least a Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a SCI prior to start date.
  • Bachelors Degree with 8+ years of experience or Masters degree with 6+ years of experience. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in network administration and account management.
  • Strong understanding of user account management processes and access control protocols.
  • Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, or similar directory services.
  • Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices.
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and password management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based account management and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience in managing accounts across various platforms (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Advanced knowledge of security tools and techniques for account protection (e.g., encryption, MFA, SSO).
  • Experience with auditing and compliance requirements related to account management.
  • Knowledge of automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to streamline account management processes.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, NIST) affecting account management practices.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
