Description

Are you seeking a new and challenging position supporting a complex Program for the Warfighter? Well, look no further! This is an exciting time to contribute to a mission-critical program with lasting impactful results. Leidos is currently looking to add an experienced Signals Analyst (SIGA-3) to a growing task. The SIGA-3 will work closely with the software development, systems engineering, and test team to provide signals analysis and subject matter expertise as the team refines and builds applications to enable mission. Experience with ELINT, EWIRDB, and RTM are desired. The candidate should have experience with various enterprise tools. Day to day activities include working with Software Developers and Systems Engineers to refine requirements, provide insight in application design, test developed applications and provide feedback, and work with other SMEs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Capture and refine system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development priorities.
  • Perform user and group training, assisting in the development of training materials.
  • Lead outreach activities to grow the product user community.
  • Develop and execute requirements, test plans and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to the user community.

Clearance Requirement: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

Basic Qualifications

  • The Sr. TechSIGINT SME shall have at least 15 years of TechSIGINT analysis experience in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science fields may be substituted for four years of experience.
  • Experience with legacy TechSIGINT applications e.g., MARTES, STK, DVT, PacketSwing, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, and/or ESP.
  • Experience with system requirement refinement
  • Experience performing user and group training
  • Experience in the development and execution of requirements, test plans, and training materials

Preferred Qualifications

  • In depth knowledge and experience with various legacy ELINT tools and ELINT data analysis techniques
  • Experience working on an Agile development team
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Proactive, responsive, and collaborative style

Pay Range:

Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
