Primary Responsibilities:

The Senior Legal Clerical Support will support litigation or administrative matters, requests for discovery, and requests for discovery services processed by the customer. A comprehensive and exacting document and file management process is completed by a centralized clerical team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with 2+ years of legal/clerical experience in a law firm, Government legal practice, or court of justice. Additional years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
  • Experience using independent decision-making, good judgment and discretion in handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience using excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience using strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with adaptive and flexible work style with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Experience utilizing superior organizational skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience working in an efficient and detail-oriented environment.
  • Experience with performing multiple projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
  • Excellent grammatical, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience using relational databases to record, organize, and retrieve information.
  • The ability to briefly review and summarize facts, writing clearly and concisely without grammatical or spelling errors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a Federal Government environment.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
