Description
Leidos requires a Sr. Information Technology Integration Manager (IT Integration Manager) to ensure that all aspects of DOE PPPO's path to OnePPPO (technology, people, and processes) are seamlessly integrated. This person will guide and facilitate the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet OnePPPO business goals across all the sites. The IT Integration Manager will coordinate with site contractors and stake holders to validate requirements and capability gaps to meet long range business goals.
The IT Integration Manager will identify risks to the mission, and opportunity potential; and will present plans to executive leadership to reduce identified risks and capitalize on opportunities. The IT Integration Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless interoperability between various systems, platforms, and processes within PPPO. Their responsibilities will encompass the successful combination of different technologies and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, standardize IT infrastructure and improve the PPPO user experience.

Key duties will include:
- Planning and Execution: Oversee system integration projects, ensuring interoperability between software applications, hardware systems, and IT infrastructures.
- Change Management: Guiding others through transformation processes; this includes identifying stakeholders, assessing the impact, providing relevant information at the appropriate cadence, and monitoring implementation.
- Integration Strategies: Develop and implement integration strategies, architectures, and platforms to facilitate efficient and secure data exchange across different systems.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with IT, software development, and business units to gather integration requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Solution Deployment: Design, test, and deploy integration solutions (including APIs, middleware, and other connectivity tools) to connect disparate systems and enable data synchronization.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor integrated systems, identify bottlenecks or issues, and apply necessary adjustments for efficiency and reliability.
- Environment Management: Ensure proper version control, configuration management, and compliance with data security and privacy standards.
- Training and Documentation: Facilitate training sessions and create documentation for IT staff and end-users to understand integration processes and troubleshoot common issues.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new integration tools to enhance capabilities and support future growth and scalability.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT or related field and at least 10 years in IT project management. Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project. Federal Contracting experience, Department of Energy experience highly preferred.
- Strong technical background, with a good understanding of software development and technology trends.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and direct cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, with experience in leading and managing IT projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to the IT infrastructure.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and CompTIA A+ Certification highly preferred.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
