What You'll Do
As a Senior ISR IQT Training Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission at the Common Mission Control Center (CMCC). Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Exceptional Training: Provide formal training for personnel assigned to the CMCC, ensuring they are mission-ready.
- Developing Engaging Course Materials: Create and update course materials, training exercises, and curriculum to keep pace with technological advancements.
- Leading Pre-Mission Briefings: Conduct pre-mission briefings and deliver academic testing at the close of training events.
- Covering Comprehensive Training Topics: Train on ISR collection platform fundamentals, Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, and core Air Force mission sets including ISR, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, and more.
What Sets You Apart
- Educational and Experience Requirements: A bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
- Certification: Certified as an All Source Intelligence Officer or NCO (14N, 1N0).
- Trainer Expertise: Experience as an IQT/MQT trainer and/or evaluator for USAF ISR platforms/weapon systems.
- Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI security clearance from day one.
- SAP Experience: Prior SAP experience or a background suitable for SAP.
Highly Desired Skills
- Instructor Certification: Experience and certification as an IIQC/IFTU instructor.
- Program Support: Experience supporting ISR program Unit Level Intelligence.
- Air Force Training Familiarity: Familiarity with the Air Force Training Program.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
