The Mission
The Leidos National Security Sector uses a wide range of capabilities to support our customers' mission to defend against evolving threats around the world. Our team's focus is ensuring our intelligence customers have the right tools, technologies, and tactics to keep pace with an ever-evolving security landscape and succeed in their pursuit to protect people and critical assets.
We have a very exciting opportunity for a PART TIME Sr. Instructor - PSAC (Personnel Security Adjudication Course). This will be an ongoing part-time position, with 10 hours one month and at least 20 hours the following month for an extended period of time. All instruction is virtual and unclassified.
100% Remote, clearance not required.
This person will obtain information needed to prepare training programs for our customer; Instruct and facilitate classes to train all levels; administer experiential learning experiences and simulations; continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date; coordinate with Training Administrators on class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness; keep abreast of training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques.
Ideally seeking a professional with Adjudicator experience. This person will instruct a four-hour block (slides and talking points will be provided) and be comfortable answering the students' practical questions related to Personnel Security Adjudication. You will provide dedicated support to one specific office; provides general support to other Directorates, Offices, and Centers as required.
Qualification:
- A minimum of eight (8) years' analytic experience working as an intelligence analyst within the IC.
- On-the-job experience in providing formal classroom instruction to junior intelligence analysts (as assigned or adjunct faculty); and
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (Series 0132; GG/GS-13 or higher)
- Documented, comprehensive, and extensive ability to provide instructor-led IC analytic training in a formal (onsite) classroom setting.
- Documented, comprehensive, and extensive knowledge of IC Analytic Standards, analytic tradecraft and methodologies, and experience applying them to resolve intelligence problems.
- Documented, comprehensive, and extensive knowledge of the IC's structure and IC member organizations' roles and capabilities regarding analytic matters.
- Excellent ability to deliver effective oral presentations and prepare written course materials that clearly convey learning objectives and relevant course content; and
- Demonstrable, working knowledge of IC collaboration tools associated with INTELINK-SBU and INTELINK.
- BA/BS and 18+ years of experience is required or a master's and 10+ years of experience

Pay Range:
Pay Range $98,150.00 - $177,425.00
