Leidos is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Navy OCONUS Seat Services Manager to join our team and support the OCONUS Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-Net) efforts under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport (SMIT) contract. This exciting opportunity is in Naples, Italy, where you will contribute to the End User Hardware as a Service (EUHWaaS) task order OCONUS.

What You'll Get to Do:
• Plan and coordinate the procurement, transportation, and delivery of IT hardware (e.g., desktop, laptops and other IT equipment) and software to appropriate locations or external vendors.
• Work closely with the Regional Asset Managers to ensure the proper deployment, configuration, and installation of IT equipment across various locations. Update associated systems and artifacts to ensure accurate records.
• Assist with the transportation and setup of technology resources during EUHWaaS rollout.
• Schedule all PC Refresh travel according to the master schedule.
• Coordinate with on-site POCs to arrange for base and building access prior to migration team travel.
• In coordination with End User Services (EUS) team, update the master schedule based on schedule change requests for all PC Refresh activities.
• Manage all purchased materials including vehicles, loaner devices, and repair kits in all locations.
• Track bulk deliveries of assets to all regions, Theater Network Operations and Security Centers (TNOSC), Local Network Operations Centers (LNSC) and identified remote locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of equipment and software as per project schedules or departmental needs.
• Resolve any logistical issues related to IT shipments, such as delays, discrepancies, or damaged goods.
• Coordinate returns, replacements, or repairs of faulty equipment with vendors or suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in the handling and transportation of IT assets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams (IT, Operations, Procurement) and external stakeholders (suppliers, contractors) regarding logistics and IT asset management.
• Communicate effectively to ensure all stakeholders are informed of shipping status, timelines, and any potential issues.
• Ensure proper handling and security of sensitive IT equipment and data throughout the logistics process.
• Assist in compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection laws) concerning the transportation and storage of IT assets.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted for degree.
• Must be a US Citizen and posses an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Demonstrated experience in Logistics or asset management.
• Demonstrated experience with IT asset management tools (e.g., Remedy, Service Now, etc.).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in logistics management from point of origin to customer delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
• ITIL v3 or v4 Certification.
• Compliant with DoD 8570 IAT Level II (Security+, CCNA Security, etc.).
• OEM network or OS Certification (CCNA, MDAA, MEAA, etc.).
• Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) / Department of Navy (DoN) operating environments.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
