Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a fully cleared Registered Nurse (RN) to support intelligence Community (IC) client in an occupational healthcare setting. We are seeking both full-time and part-time candidates. In this role you will work within a team to provide clinical support and expertise within the client's occupational healthcare department. Responsibilities will vary based upon the specific office assignment but may include duties such as:

  • Providing care in a systematic manner within an outpatient setting,
  • Incorporating differences into the provision of care while integrating knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the needs of patients,
  • Incorporating data and information to improve care and enhances outcomes while ensuring improvements in practice settings,
  • Performing essential duties necessary to clinic or non-acute operations to include taking vitals, stocking exam rooms, giving vaccines, drawing blood, etc.,
  • Formulating plans of care based on trends of similar patients including patient education,
  • Adapting standards and guidelines for individual patients,
  • Making independent clinical decisions based on knowledge drawn from education and experience,
  • Working with the client and healthcare teams to achieve maximum productivity,
  • Documenting all patient care activities as per client documentation standards,
  • Assisting the healthcare team with the documentation process,
  • Acting as a clinical resource and serves as a mentor to healthcare team members while displaying leadership behaviors,
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance or the ability to obtain this level of clearance prior to start date
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • 8+ years of clinical experience in a general medical or surgical setting
  • National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) certified
  • State nursing license

Desired Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Advanced certifications (e.g. Critical Care Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner)
  • Leadership experience or additional training for specialized roles
  • Prior experience supporting an Intelligence Community or DoD client

Pay Range:

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
