What You'll Be Doing:
- Help the planning and design of cable infrastructure systems that
support the customer's strategic and operational - Conduct comprehensive site visits for data collection and evaluation of telecommunications and building technologies systems, ensuring project scopes are well-defined and met.
- Maintain and manage inside plant cable infrastructure, including conduit, cable trays, copper, coax, fiber optics, and all associated elements.
- Help the implementation of EIPs for the installation of cable racks, wiring, and the necessary testing during installation.
- partner with project teams to ensure that cable infrastructure designs meet all technical and regulatory measures.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in planning, and designing cable infrastructure that supports the DoD environment
- Registered Communications Distribution Designer certification
- TS/SCI clearance
- Experience conducting site visits to evaluate telecommunications and technology systems, equipment, components
- Strong teamwork skills that enable good working relationships with co-workers and customers
- Experience managing the development of multiple technical projects
- Experience maintaining Inside Plant cable infrastructure to include conduit, cable trays, copper, coax, fiber, and all associated elements.
- Experience developing EIPs required for installation of cable racks, wiring of the racks and testing required during installation.
- Current on codes and technologies appropriate to the telecommunications and building technologies design/construction industry
- Outstanding brownfield infrastructure design skills, with a strong analytical approach to problem-solving

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
