The Multi-domain Solutions Group within the Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) is hiring for a Real Time Operations Lead to work in Aurora, CO. This program and position provides 24/7 mission operations support for National Security customers. This opportunity is in anticipation of an upcoming contract award!

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for interfacing with the Technical Customer and the Contractor team.
  • Lead proactive 24x7 signals analysis to support operational mission systems to include break/fix actions, scheduling and documentation.
  • Must be able to function efficiently under dynamic conditions and skillfully navigate continually evolving priorities, facilitating reliable and consistent mission application in a complex signal's environment.
  • Provide proactive 24x7 signals analysis to support operational mission systems to effectively operate, monitor, and perform duties associated with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination functions associated with OPIR operations.
  • Monitor performance of processing operations day-to-day, near real-time checks to determine how well processing tools, techniques and procedures are performing.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with teammates, customers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate signals processing.
  • Cultivate technical competency throughout the team as well as customer satisfaction and confidence through the influencing and encouragement of innovative solution development that positively impacts program goals and business results.
  • Responsible for 24x7 Real Time operations over ~80 crew members.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions through deep analysis and understanding of impact to the end-product/solution.
  • Enforce adherence to prescribed incident and problem management or ticket escalation processes to quickly and proactively resolve system outages as appropriate.
  • Cultivate technical competency throughout the team as well as customer satisfaction and confidence through the influencing and encouragement of innovative solution development that positively impacts program goals and business results.

What does Leidos need from me?

  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree with 15 plus years of relevant OPIR experience or Master's degree with 13 plus years of relevant OPIR experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Favorable if you have:

  • OPIR background and Doctorate in the technical domain.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $134,550.00 - $243,225.00
