Leidos is seeking a talented Quality Inspector to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. Primary Responsibilities
Inspect component and assembled parts.
Must be able to read and understand assembly instructions.
Perform Internal AS9100 audits.
Write Non-conformance and start investigation to root cause.
Basic Qualifications
• Candidate must possess a High School diploma/GED with 3-5 years of relevant Quality Inspection experience.
• Must have a knowledge and understanding when reading and interpreting drawings.

• Must have knowledge of how to efficiently use micrometers, calipers etc.
• Experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 manufacturing environment.
• Experience in IPC-610 and J standard specifications is required.
• Candidate must be able to populate handwritten or computer-generated inspection reports.
• Candidate must have Computer Skills and can use computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
• Applicant must be able to work full-time with minimal supervision and adjust priorities based on work flow.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
• Candidate must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Secret Clearance if required.
Preferred Qualifications
• J-Standard w/space addendum certification
• IPC-620 certification

Pay Range:
Pay Range $50,050.00 - $90,475.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
