Leidos Defense Sector, is seeking a talented Quality & Mission Assurance Analyst to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems within the Leidos Defense Sector. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Leidos provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.
Successful candidate will be part of the Quality & Mission Assurance group and will be an advocate and champion of the Quality Assurance framework, reporting, and policy - driving awareness, adoption and execution with programs and operational sites. This role will be involved in data for organizational, programmatic evaluation, and integration with all Functional Areas, as part of the Quality Assurance process, in the sector. The objective of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to continually and proactively identify, assess, and monitor risks and opportunities for the Defense Systems Sector, in support of the Quality & Mission Assurance group. A successful Quality Assurance Analyst aides in the communication, monitoring, and improvement initiatives of Quality & Mission Assurance and program quality performance parameters, leading to operational efficiency gains and reducing risks and threats to the Defense Systems Sector.

Basic Qualifications
- Candidate must have a Bachelors degree with 4-8 years of prior relevant work experience or a Masters degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant work experience. In lieu of a degree a High School diploma/GED with 8 years of experience will be considered
- Establish and foster a quality culture dedicated to excellence and Leidos values.
- Lead and develop reporting plans and standards with programs and other quality groups to improve operational efficiencies and executions to ensure that they are appropriate and promote program capability and key consumer requirements.
- Developing and managing complex spreadsheets, datasets, and reports for analysis and interpretation.
- Conduct and interpret data manipulation in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and/or other applications to apply and evaluate defined system operational requirements, statistical analysis, and associated results.
- Provide Quality and Mission Assurance Managers with clear, concise, accurate and timely analyses of information to support decision-making.
- Track and facilitate analytical action items to ensure timely submissions that meet program needs and assist the program office in running more effectively.
- Implement and execute data profiling and cleansing tools using knowledge of data governance principles, and attention to detail.
- Define and maintain data standards, definitions, and models, such as data dictionaries and organizational data models. They may also manage DQA documents like checklists, guidelines, manuals, templates, and forms.
- Completing annual, quarterly, and other periodic reporting requirements at department reviews and meetings.
- Recommend and implement procedures: Recommend, design, implement, and monitor quality procedures for data collection, storage, processing, and use.
- Identify and document issues: Identify, assess, document, and communicate potential quality issues.
- Meet with users: Meet with users to resolve data quality problems.
- Provide training: Provide training to end users.
- Provide input and/or assistance to the Mission Performance and Improvement process
- Experience with SQL, PowerBI or other business intelligence software, and Power Automate
- Clear understanding and working knowledge of Quality Management processes, Quality Assurance, ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance quality systems experience
- Some travel may be needed; usually less than 25%
- Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Confidential Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Confidential Clearance

- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, through reports, correspondence, briefings, presentations, and other methods to plan, coordinate, or advise on work efforts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and projects in a demanding environment
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and be adaptable to changing assignments
- Strong time and project management skills, including prioritization and multi-tasking ability
- Strong attention to technical detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team situations
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
