The National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program at Leidos is seeking an individual with Project Scheduling and Analytical experience to support the FAA as a Corporate Work Plan (CWP), Primavera, and Data Analytics expert.

The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Eastern Service Area (ESA). This position is based in College Park, GA and is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the NISC mission.

The Project Scheduler is responsible for ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished, including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract. Duties include developing schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participating in and establishing and defining program plan requirements. May also include monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.

Note: This is a hybrid position with 2 days a week working in the office and the remaining days working remote from home.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the FAA Eastern Service Center, Planning and Requirements Group with information needed to support scheduling requirements for the replacement of Airport Traffic Control Towers (ATCT) and Terminal Radar Approach Controls (TRACONs) as well as information within unique Terminal Facilities replacement processes, documentation, and data sources.
  • Supports the development of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Lifecycle Cost Estimate (LCCE) as outlined.
  • Provides expertise to conduct research, evaluations, and studies; present recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements.
  • Provides assistance and recommendations to FAA managers and staff who directly affect the conduct and attainment of agency goals.
  • Support the FAA Planning and Requirements Group with Facilities and Execution (F&E) and Bilateral Infrastructure Law (BIL) project prioritization and project tracking.
  • Provides planning, scheduling, networking and coordination assistance among all service area and headquarters organizations; involving NAS implementation and integration efforts and related to budget considerations as it applies to Life Cycle planning.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience
  • Must be able to develop project files using Primavera P6 application.
  • Must possess excellent oral and written with proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Strong ability to interface with senior management.
  • Must be a proactive, flexible, team player and adjust to multiple tasking.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, self-motivation and follow-up.
  • Must have superior communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.(To be eligible you must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder who has resided in the US for the past 3 years>)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of FAA Corporate Work Plan (CWP).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Primavera Portfolio Manager (OPPM).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint (FAA KSN).
  • FAA project management experience.
  • Well-organized, schedule and quality driven, and a proactive multi-tasker.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
