Description

The Commercial and International Sector Security Enterprise Solutions division at Leidos currently has an opening for a Project Coordinator I to work remotely. This is an exciting position where you can use your experience in project coordination and management to support the Leidos SES Global Deployment Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring requirements and milestones are being met, including working on the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on the contract. Duties may include developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for a defined portion of a program. You may contribute to establishing and defining program plan requirements, delivery timeline, key performance indicators, including monitoring and reporting performance, to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on the work area/project team.
  • Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments.
  • Catalogues Daily Reports
  • Sets objectives for own area to meet the objectives or goals of projects and assignments.
  • Communicates with colleagues across multiple areas (project managers, other professional resources, etc.)
  • Explains solutions, practices and procedures to others within the organization.
  • Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis.
  • Submits documentation to federal agencies related to equipment testing.
  • Maintains clear and concise business communication proficiency, both oral and written
  • Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
  • Work well with peers from various backgrounds to build effective work relationships.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Current U.S. Citizen
  • Requires a BA degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience
  • Computer literacy; competency in use of all programs within MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialized software programs.
  • Must pass criminal background check, drug test and extensive credit check
  • Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License with Real ID.
  • Candidates may be located anywhere within CONUS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SalesForce software
  • Advanced Excel Spreadsheet experience
  • Working knowledge of x-ray and/or CT technologies
  • Previous hands-on project management is a plus.
  • Project Management Institute 9PMI) CAPM or PMP certification.
  • Public Trust Clearance

Work Environment:

  • Work environment is 100% remote.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $44,200.00 - $79,900.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
