Description

As a Project Coordinator, the successful candidate will assist lead engineers and project managers with the management and oversight of all aspects of Leidos' project portfolio to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget.

This includes various aspects of managing scope, cost, schedule as well as staffing, quality, and proposals. You will prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project, as well as work on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Your work is closely managed.

Responsibilities:

• Aligns activities with corporate goals around safety, quality, and cost

• Provides support with project development from beginning to end

• Assists in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables to support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

• Effectively communicates project updates and progression to manager

• Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the execution team

• Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

• Tracks project milestones and deliverables

• May develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations

• Performs quality control review of project deliverables including drawings and proposals

• Coordinates with program leads to develop program reports and tracking

• Develop continuous improvement process to maximize efficiencies for the project execution team.

Work Location: Framingham, MA with (some) flexibility for hybrid schedule.

Qualifications:

• High School Degree or equivalent experience required.

• Minimum of two (2) + years of directing work in a project management capacity or assisting project managers.

• Proven ability to manage projects and processes to achieve objectives.

• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external customers to best support mutual objectives

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflow and processes to provide productive service to internal and external customers

• Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute task

• Ability to articulate messages, ideas and information effectively whether speaking in public, to groups, and develop written electronic media and/or presentations.

• Intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency

Pay Range:

Pay Range $44,850.00 - $81,075.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
