Leidos is seeking a Program Scheduler to support large-scale migration and operations on a large, high-profile DOD contract. The I3TS program provides enterprise-wide IT support to enable DTRA's Information Management & Technology Directorate (ITD) to consolidate, modernize, and continuously innovate the delivery of IT services and mission capabilities to DTRA's internal and external mission partners operating in CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The Program Scheduler who will be responsible for all aspects of creating and maintaining a resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) schedule to provide the basis for the time phased budget and estimate to complete cost data for the program. In depth IMS Project skills will be required to facilitate meetings and work one-on-one to ascertain project activities, resources, requirements, predecessors, successors, impacts, milestones, etc. They will construct and maintain the schedule, run reports, and generate various views.

This role reports through the Sector Scheduling Manager the larger enterprise-wide Leidos Corporate Earned Value Management (EVM) and Scheduling Center of Excellence (COE) for functional guidance while supporting the DTRA program on a day-to-day basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for applying scheduling theory to develop and maintain a resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) schedule using best practices as in the Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG).
- In conjunction with the Program Manager, and with input from the cross-functional team, generate, publish and maintain an accurate a Master Schedule.
- Implement program scheduling business rhythms, developing baseline schedules and associated artifacts to meet contractual/project requirements, and monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance against baseline schedules to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.
- Responsible for resource loading the IMS to inform an integrated technical, schedule, and resource / cost baseline and forecast/ ETC.
- Identify critical path and task dependencies.
- Set and maintain the baseline schedule.
- Perform 'what if' scenarios within the schedule.
- Develop schedule version control processes.
- Generate schedule reports to inform the program team using schedule variance and metrics.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience in program scheduling.
- US citizenship is required with an active Secret Clearance
- Must have expertise using Microsoft Project
- Must possess an understanding of advanced scheduling theory including experience with:
- schedule status processes
- schedule health assessment (e.g., 14-Point Analysis)
- resource loading/management
- cost and schedule integration
- baseline change control processes
- schedule execution metrics (BEI, CEI, CPLI, SV, SPI etc.)
- Critical Path Method (CPM) and Margin/Float management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using tools like Microsoft Project Web App (PWA) connected to MS Project Online, Structured Solutions Inc. (SSI) Tools for Microsoft Project, and Monte Carlo Analysis tools.
- Advanced Excel skill set including Power BI, pivot tables, macros, lookup tables
- Experience with EVM/EVM Lite.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Scheduling Professional (SP) certification

Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
