The Multi-domain Solutions Group within the Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) is hiring for a Program Manager to work in Aurora, CO. This program and position provides 24/7 mission operations support for National Security customers. This opportunity is in anticipation of an upcoming contract award!
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for planning, organizing, securing and managing program resources to bring about the successful completion of 24x7 Operations with four crews, offline operations support requirements.
- Direct activities that have significant impact on the achievement of results for the 24x7 Crew Operations, Mission Support teams, and Mission Operations teams.
- Ensure program runs within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- The PM interfaces with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel as well as government personnel.
- Work requires a high degree of responsibility for resources, and frequently influences organizational or operational decisions made by leadership.
- Conduct extensive investigation to understand the root cause of problems. Problems are highly complex and typically involve multiple families, projects, or customers.
- Communicate with government personnel according to the program management plan as well as corporate organizations to brief program state of health and PMR results.
- Negotiate and influence others to understand and accept new concepts, practices and approaches.
- Responsible for creating workforce and staffing plans for project/family to ensure efficient use of resources.
What does Leidos need from me?
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
- BA/BS and 12 plus years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 10 plus years of prior relevant experience.
- Seven plus years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Mastery within a specific technical discipline/area or broad expertise across multiple related disciplines (OPIR, ELINT, COMINT, FISINT).
- Requires deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-family project or program teams or manage across multiple families.
Favorable if you have:
- OPIR background and Doctorate in the technical domain.
