Description
Leidos is hiring a Positioning, Navigation and Timing Engineer with eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
Our PNT Engineer will leverage their experience to expand an existing GNSS SDR and other GNSS models and integrate them into simulations to support intelligence analysis modeling and simulation (M&S) objectives. The engineer will work to design, develop, test, and document simulations related to Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT).
All work is in Dayton, OH.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop simulations incorporating a GNSS SDR as well as other GNSS models.
- Develop and integrate new algorithms for that GNSS SDR.
- Research and develop applicable tests for GNSS models.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in EE, AE, CS or related field and 4+ years of experience in M&S in a related field or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in M&S in a related field.
- Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for a TS/SCI.
- 1+ yrs C++ experience.
- Experience with / understanding of GNSS receiver algorithms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to work individually and with teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Python Experience.
- MATLAB/Simulink Experience.
- Controlled Reception Pattern Antenna (CRPA) experience or knowledge.
- Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), VHSIC Hardware Description Language (VHDL), and Verilog experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
