Leidos, Inc., the implementer for Ameren Illinois' award-winning energy efficiency programs, seeks a Portfolio Operations Support Specialist to perform a range of tasks supporting the Energy Efficiency Program. The successful candidate will be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information while supporting Leidos Energy Efficiency Administrative Operations Team.

The Portfolio Operations Support Specialist is a trusted source to the program's business operations and activities. This position will report to the Director of Portfolio Operations and Strategic Initiatives while also taking direction from the Portfolio Operations Manager and will perform an extensive array of administrative tasks along with providing support to all departments of the Portfolio.

Location: Ideal Candidate must be located within commuting distance to the Peoria, IL Office due to in office time and projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Organize, track, and process all expense reports utilizing policy guidelines
  • Manage and keep updated contact distribution lists, internal directory, and holistic program staff directory
  • Complete clerical and administrative support by completing requests submitted to the LeidosOperationsSupport group inbox for all Leidos EE team members and partners and escalate as needed.
  • Manage and track supply orders for all Leidos EE team members
  • Process energy efficiency program mail, including scanning and faxing documentation to the correct contact.
  • Assist Leidos EE data team with calling customers, application entry and cleanup as necessary - this is at request of Andy
  • Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding tasks including hardware ordering, equipment/badge return, and checklist completion
  • Assist with meeting coordination including setting up and tearing down catering in the Peoria office
  • Schedule, attend, and complete meeting notes for program staff by request. Reserve conference rooms, if applicable.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support assisting with spreadsheet creation, data entry, presentation development, etc.
  • Manage Peoria Office supplies, re-stock breakrooms, and maintain inventory
  • Manage Leidos EE asset inventory
  • Manage and compile bi-weekly purchasing card report, ensuring all back-up documentation has been submitted according to Leidos policy guidelines
  • Submit cases in the Leidos and Ameren Illinois IT systems, and coordinate completion of tickets.
  • Manage all parking passes for the Peoria Office and request refills as needed
  • Collect, coordinate, and develop weekly job posting report
  • Process all team membership and certification renewals, complete conference registrations, and maintain applicable trackers
  • Complete program related purchases for Portfolio and Internal Leidos Team Members using Leidos and Program policy guidelines, track all chargers, and complete bi-weekly report with all documentation collected during purchasing process
  • Provide excellent customer service to the Ameren Illinois customer(s)

What Sets You Apart: (Basic Qualifications)

  • High School Degree or equivalent with one plus (1+) years of relevant prior experience
  • Practical knowledge of the professional discipline, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
  • Skilled in project management and/or coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge in databases and systems
  • Proficient in multi-tasking and customer service and support
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, to obtain or provide information

Pay Range:

Pay Range $33,150.00 - $59,925.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
