Primary Responsibilities
• This position involves hand soldering of surface mount and through-hole components on low, medium and high density printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Soldering/working under a microscope
• Applicants must be able to perform rework of various electronic packages including resistors, capacitors, through-hole parts and replacement of fine-pitch components
• Work to achieve day-to-day objectives and have significant impact on the work output.
• Work independently under limited supervision
• Work in team environment and interacting with different functions, project teams and productions teams
• A surface mount soldering test will be given as part of the interview process.
Basic Qualifications
• HS Diploma/GED with at least 2-4 years of prior relevant work experience
• Experience soldering under a microscope
• Ability to solder surface mount and through-hole components
• Must be a US Citizen and possess or meet the eligibility to obtain (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
• Current or prior certification in IPC-A-610
• Current or prior certification in J-STD-001

Pay Range:
Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00
