The Intelligence Group at Leidos has a need for a Exploitation Specialist/Data Manager & Cataloger - Middle to support our customer in St. Louis Missouri.

Staffing Requirement:

This work requires a staff to support customer library operations, to include digital cataloging of data, shipping of CD/DVD products, management of hardcopy CD/DVD holdings, and data upload to cloud­ based repositories. The contractor will manage hardcopy and digital data towards an organized library of precise imagery data. Additionally, the contractor will have the ability to operate in a high-tempo environment, adaptable and team-oriented, committed to delivering timely and accurate GEOINT.

Provide records management, archival, and dissemination services in support of Information Oversight

(10) directives and established National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) for Controlled Image Base (CIB) and Digital Point Positioning Database (DPPDB) products. The contractor shall use division hardware and software to digitally and physically manage media for subsequent archiving and cataloging in accordance with NARA policy and dissemination to mission partners through the Gateway and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

  • Manage media and perform disposition procedures in adherence to customer requirements and policies established by NARA.
  • Generate artwork and shipping reports and prepare boxed media prior to dissemination of physical media to the Gateway/DLA.
  • Manage internal media holdings to ensure current edition products are available Internally and externally.
  • Work with customer Records Management POC to ensure data management in accordance to office file plan.
  • Generate NARA shipment reports for archival records.
  • load physical disc media into customer systems and the cloud.
  • Work independently and within teams.
  • Stage (upload) hardcopy CIB media data prior to review and forwarding to Gateway/Cloud/DLA.
  • Adhere to all established customer cataloging guidelines.
  • Maintain databases and library content including additions, deletions, research, corrections, and cleaning.
  • Conduct Precise Imagery library activities, to include cataloging and shipping of data.
  • Uploading of library hardcopy media to cloud-based repositories.
  • Proactively support analysts to optimize the knowledge and applied tradecraft unique to operations needs through organized data management.

Skills and Experience:

Required

  • Typically requires a BA degree and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience.
  • 3-6 years of demonstrated experience with (GOTS) software for database maintenance/ data upload activity.
  • Able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Understanding of database maintenance.
  • 1-3 years of demonstrated experience with cybersecurity protocols i.e. virus-scanning software and processes.

Desired

  • Familiar with Amazon CU and Amazon Cloud Access Portal
  • Experience creating and utilizing small loading scripts
  • Ability to organize/ manage disparate data in both hardcopy and softcopy

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
