The Multi-domain Solutions Group within the Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) is hiring for a Metrics Analyst Lead to work in Aurora, CO. This program and position provides 24/7 mission operations support for National Security customers. This opportunity is in anticipation of an upcoming contract award!
What you'll be doing:
- Lead a team of analysts (to include lead position) with data analysis and metric develop team and associated projects/programs for mission trends, data consistency, and system performance metrics to be shared with government, team, and stakeholders.
- Develop and designs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze mission data.
- Must be able to consolidate different format codes (legacy and baseline) systems to trend data performance.
- Communicate with government, team, and stakeholders on data availability and adequacy of mission data.
- Assess data formatting, and availably to identify potential data fusion sources to enhance mission.)
- Support the product verification process.
- Conduct analyses of metrics to monitor effectiveness and efficiency of mission, sensor, and ground system performance.
- Communicate with government, team, and stakeholders on data availability and adequacy of mission data.
- Develop metric strategies to ensure system optimization.
- Develop metric studies based on government ad hoc requirements.
- Develop data mining scripts to support extraction of required metrics. Deliver monthly metrics reports.
What does Leidos need from me?
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.
- BS degree with 8 to 12 years of prior OPIR relevant experience or master's degree with 6 to 10 years of prior relevant experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Favorable if you have:
- OPIR background and Doctorate in the technical domain.
